Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and prioritize work.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and align implementation details with teammates.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code for backend services.
- Participate in on-call rotation and improve operational excellence.
- Debug production issues and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor newer engineers through code reviews and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in JVM-based languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
- Experience building backend systems in a service-oriented or distributed environment.
- Ability to drive alignment and manage projects effectively.
- Fluent communication in both English and Chinese.
