Base Salary
$102k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform system analysis and develop technical design and implementation strategies.
- Write code and unit tests for Natera’s custom Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with developers, quality engineers, and product managers.
- Debug and perform root cause analysis for product defects and issues.
- Partner with product owners to define requirements and transform them into operational features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive software specifications.
- Complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in server-side and front-end development for complex n-tier systems.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Recent experience with Java and open-source frameworks like Spring.
- Mid-level front-end experience with React is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and command line shell scripting.
- Excellent understanding of core software engineering principles.
