Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of AI models, including fine-tuning LLMs.
- Design, implement, and deploy AI-based solutions for business problems.
- Develop strategies to track and improve AI model performance.
- Operationalize efficient dataset creation and management.
- Execute best practices for end-to-end data and AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI technologies.
- Support hiring of top AI talent and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and related optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks.
- Experience managing large datasets for AI projects.
- Proficiency in Python and associated libraries.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and bug-free code.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
