Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services supporting global software solutions.
- Use cloud platforms, scripting, deployment tooling, and security best practices to operate and improve cloud environments.
- Analyze complex systems, troubleshoot distributed applications, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or Bash and familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure components, deployment tooling such as Octopus Deploy, and SQL troubleshooting using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar.
- Knowledge of cloud security practices, distributed application troubleshooting, cost optimization, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Preferred qualifications include a related master’s degree, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, and SaaS or enterprise software experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, independent prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and commitment to continuous learning.

- Standard hours are 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST on the UK shift, with rotational US-shift coverage from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- An applicable shift allowance is provided for hours worked during the US shift according to company policy.
