Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance cloud-native observability solutions.
- Build web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, microservices, and telemetry processing capabilities.
- Contribute features across monitoring, observability, AIOps, event correlation, predictive insights, and self-healing automation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Improve code quality through testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Analyze telemetry data and operational feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Stay current with observability technologies and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern UI development.
- Backend development experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, incident management, and operational analytics.
- Exposure to Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics, anomaly detection, predictive insights, or telemetry-based automation.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with a product mindset.
