Base Salary

$82k - $152k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead Confirmation API implementations from project kickoff through go-live support across firm phases and bank API products.
  • Consult with client technical teams, identify roadblocks, guide test-environment and production activities, and manage implementation scope and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot product and integration issues, develop workarounds, and communicate technical constraints and progress to diverse stakeholders.
  • Advocate for client needs with internal product and development teams by identifying documentation gaps and stability issues and accelerating resolution.
  • Support global and large accounting firms, corporate audit teams, and financial institutions with varying technical maturity.
  • Conduct instructor-led training and consulting sessions and support APIs and automation solutions across additional business segments and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven technical consulting experience, preferably involving API integrations or client-facing software implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn products, investigate issues, find workarounds, and guide clients through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts and delivering difficult messages to mixed audiences.
  • Understanding of tax and accounting processes, terminology, and workflows; Confirmation experience is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, REST, authentication, system integration, and data mapping; hands-on API implementation or light coding experience is valuable but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, track timelines, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional international client meetings outside standard US business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in technical consulting or software implementation.
  • Education in software development is preferred.
