Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams, partners, and account teams on strategic transformation deals for large global accounts.
- Build relationships with C-level and executive customers and develop long-standing organizational partnerships.
- Conduct customer discovery, assess pain points, and map business problems to Atlassian products, platforms, and solutions.
- Identify cross-product and solution expansion opportunities.
- Lead standard and customized value-based product demonstrations.
- Guide customers through technical needs and the pre-sales decision process.
- Collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams to support customer goals and improve the sales cycle.
- Document product feedback and competitive intelligence and advocate for relevant product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
- Ability to interpret complex business problems, develop solutions, and collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales teams.
- Comfort operating in both business and technical contexts, including executive and highly technical discussions.
- Proven ability to build executive customer relationships and rally internal teams across the company.
- Customer-centric, adaptable, creative, and continuous-learning mindset.
