Base Salary

$106k - $223k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned with high-ROI outcomes.
  • Lead architectural design and advise business and technical decision-makers on Copilot and agent adoption.
  • Use Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
  • Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Share customer insights, feedback, success stories, and reusable intellectual property with internal teams.
  • Maintain technical readiness in agents, Copilot, autopilots, business value realization, and adoption and change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of customer-facing experience and 4 years of experience working on technical projects are preferred.
  • Technical cloud certification, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, AI Agents, or security certifications, is preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.

  • Typical U.S. base pay is USD $106,400–$203,600 per year; different ranges apply in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
