Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure full-stack solutions.
- Define application architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs with product owners and stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by designing, coding, reviewing components, and developing shared frameworks.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and practices for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead DevOps and CI/CD strategy and drive automation across development, testing, and operational workflows.
- Oversee automated testing and quality engineering across the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and guide teams through complex architectural and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and enterprise IT partners.
- Design software integrations and interfaces with customer and partner systems and support functional, volume, load, and performance testing.
Requirements
- Experience working in or leading product-centric, cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps.
- Deep expertise in .NET-based full-stack architecture and technology evaluation and selection.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of secure-by-design development and application security practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, software architecture, integration, and software testing skills.
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
