Base Salary

$225k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

Improve Town’s invite flow and build virality into the product through experiments involving credits and incentives.
Optimize free-to-paid and individual-to-team conversion paths and build dashboards tracking invites, conversion, and credit economics.
Design upgrade flows that make team formation and expansion effortless.
Build enterprise readiness and upsell foundations, including admin controls, member permissions, and enterprise SSO integration.
Instrument, measure, and iterate on growth funnels while collaborating with GTM and business stakeholders.
Define technical direction and ship product quickly in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for product-led growth mechanics and improving product-driven revenue outcomes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with GTM and business teams.
Strong metrics-oriented and experiment-driven product development approach.
Experience tuning an AI-native coding workflow for faster product delivery.
Comfort defining technical direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Willingness to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.

In-person work five days per week at Town’s Financial District office in San Francisco, near the Montgomery BART stop.
