Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and support regional sales and win strategies.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solutions to technical and executive audiences.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and Proof-of-Concept/Value exercises.
- Gather customer requirements, create evaluation test plans, and lead customer and partner evaluations to successful conclusions.
- Act as a customer advocate, support customer success, and escalate satisfaction issues cross-functionally.
- Provide product feedback, competitive insight, and recommendations to Product Management.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and seminars.
- Travel heavily within the assigned territory and as needed for other U.S. company engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant Solutions or Systems Engineering experience with a demonstrated record of presenting technical information to executives and architects.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication, presentation, public-speaking, and executive-influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Experience with mobile device technologies and operating systems including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSMs, and related protocols.
- Hands-on information security experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments and integrations, Active Directory, ADFS, and preferably Azure AD.
- Experience with public cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Working knowledge of the threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology trends and behaviors clearly.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred experience with Python, REST APIs, vendor cloud security solutions, and security products from Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Check Point, Cisco, and Juniper.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CSPO, CSM, CSP, PMP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, and related credentials.
