Responsibilities
- Design and refine client-specific prompts and tool descriptions for agentic AI frameworks.
- Optimize prompts, automate testing with scripts, and evaluate LLMs for suitable solutions.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark prompts to establish best practices.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Data Science teams and maintain prompt-development documentation.
- Research NLP advancements, experiment with prompting strategies, and refine model-specific adaptations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning principles.
- Experience writing, optimizing, and evaluating AI prompts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred: minimum of five years of experience working in data science.
- Preferred: experience with GPT-3, GPT-4, Llama3, data visualization, or computational linguistics.
