Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead application and module architecture across user interfaces, APIs, microservices, databases, and applicable infrastructure.
- Design complex IT service management systems and ensure alignment with enterprise and platform architecture standards.
- Collaborate with developers, program managers, testers, production support engineers, business analysts, and scrum masters to deliver iterative technical solutions.
- Create implementation and development plans, features, stories, and tasks for new applications and solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases.
- Present and evangelize architecture and solutions to architecture guilds, management, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Mentor, coach, motivate, and support developers and testers through technical guidance, peer reviews, and skills development.
- Delegate technical work and ensure daily, sprint, and release goals are achieved.
- Identify architectural risks, opportunities, compliance issues, and other concerns while keeping current with industry developments.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree in an applicable field may substitute for five years of experience.
- At least three years of experience serving as a technical lead on incremental software development projects such as Agile Scrum.
- Experience with systems development, systems integration, application design, legacy systems, IT service management, ITIL modules, asset lifecycle catalog items, and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management with emphasis on Demand Management.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and applying Agile software development practices.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification.
- Certified ServiceNow Developer certification.
- Familiarity with Angular, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting.
- Strong technical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, communication, motivational, interpersonal, and issue-resolution skills.
- Preferred experience contributing to program architecture and standards and working with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and SecDevOps processes and tools.
