Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, customize, and integrate Cargill’s ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ServiceNow catalogs, modules, applications, workflows, catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, scripts, and complex fulfillment automations.
- Use ServiceNow automation capabilities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades while maintaining compatibility and minimizing disruption.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices, governance, security standards, and platform performance improvements.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, debug software, and provide technical support for complex deployed-application issues.
- Create documentation and provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 4 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow Catalog Engineering experience.
- Experience developing catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, scripting, Flow Designer or Workflow solutions, and complex fulfillment and automation solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, integrations, application development, and upgrades.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable software, develop tests, debug issues, and document complex applications and configurations.
