Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to communicate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Conduct demos, hands-on enablement, technical evaluations, and ongoing customer interactions
- Communicate customer and competitive feedback to internal teams, Product Management, and Engineering
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
- Create documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and other enablement materials
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source technologies or in the metrics and monitoring space
- Strong written and oral communication skills for working with internal teams and worldwide customers
- Ability to articulate Grafana’s value proposition and the technical advantages of its products
- Technical mindset, enthusiasm for solving customer challenges, and desire to continue growing technically
- Strong judgment, collaboration, leadership, initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively with an international remote team
- West Coast US location is preferred
