Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across engineering, data, and QA teams against agreed priorities, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Evaluate solution options, manage trade-offs, and drive prioritization decisions to maximize business value.
- Manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional alignment.
- Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
- Communicate updates and recommendations to senior leadership and escalate critical issues when required.
- Set clear expectations, remove blockers, foster accountability, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with FullStack Microsoft .NET Smart Web App development.
- Strong product mindset and ability to evaluate solutions, prioritize work, and manage trade-offs.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering, data, and QA teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consensus-building skills.
