Responsibilities
- Architect and implement generative AI workflows for intelligent automation in field sales operations.
- Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines that synchronize account data across Salesforce, AWSentral, and Partner Tools.
- Lead signals architecture and entity resolution initiatives to improve account data quality and coverage.
- Build APIs and services that encode operational best practices and reduce manual toil.
- Own feature delivery from design through deployment in an autonomous agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and improve engineering practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support monitoring, alerting, operational excellence, and incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
