Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-functional technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and enterprise application architecture patterns.
- Experience with integration techniques and middleware solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in large-scale environments.
- Competence with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
