Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Mastercard’s Open Banking platform and bank connectivity products across Europe.
- Build APIs and turn-key solutions for account information and payment initiation services.
- Solve technical challenges involving API security, data accessibility, processing, and analysis.
- Build and deploy C# and .NET APIs and ASP.NET applications in cloud environments.
- Use Azure DevOps, version control, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provision infrastructure as code using Terraform and follow Mastercard security policies and practices.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience with deep knowledge of at least some of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience building software using modern development standards and practices.
- Experience with ASP.NET applications is valuable even without prior cloud experience.
- Experience with Terraform, certificates, or HTTPS is beneficial.
- Prior experience in closely regulated industries such as financial or medical services is welcome but not required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and solve complex problems.
