Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and channel partners supporting Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
- Conduct customer discovery, investigate pain points, and map business problems to Atlassian products, platforms, and solutions.
- Identify cross-product and solution expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a product expert during the pre-sales process and explain the value of Atlassian software.
- Lead standard and customized value-based demonstrations for audiences ranging from individual product stakeholders to executive-level decision-makers.
- Guide customers’ technical needs and build buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
- Collaborate with account executives on pipeline, opportunities, feedback, and sales-cycle improvements.
- Track and document customer feedback and competitive intelligence for internal product management teams.
- Continuously develop pre-sales, product, solution, platform, and sales-process expertise.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for multilevel audiences.
- Ability to interpret complex business problems, develop solutions, and collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales teams.
- Comfort operating in both business and technical contexts, including with executives and technical audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of building executive relationships and coordinating internal teams.
- Strong willingness to learn, give and receive feedback, adapt, and contribute to team success.
