Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, code, test, modify, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, improve system performance, and resolve queries.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, project reports, and status updates.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and maintain quality customer interactions and timely responses.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Power Apps and RPA.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software systems, workflows, data usage, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to develop software, design test cases, troubleshoot issues, and produce accurate technical documentation and reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams and support customer-focused delivery.
