Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide feedback.
  • Create, estimate, prioritize, and execute manual test plans and test cases.
  • Perform exploratory, regression, white-box, black-box, API, performance, stress, and load testing.
  • Identify, document, track, and resolve bugs and system malfunctions end to end using Jira.
  • Identify high-risk changes and customize test cases for potential inclusion in automation suites.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and internal and external teams on system requirements and product stability.
  • Develop testing processes, report quality metrics, and participate in Scrum activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software QA or an IT-related field.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and writing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes, including white-box, black-box, automated, and non-functional testing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of AWS or Azure, CI/CD, SQL, scripting, API testing, and performance, stress, or load testing.
