Base Salary
$124k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.
- Develop AI-powered features that automate complex internal and product operations.
- Build event-driven systems that reliably process millions of transactions.
- Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Own projects from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building industrial-grade software.
- Demonstrated success building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of databases, event-driven architectures, and system design.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and engineering tools in daily development workflows.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience includes React, Node.js, Fastify, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, Amazon EventBridge, LLM APIs, and AI application or agentic workflow development.
