Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-traffic production software, primarily using Golang.
- Own features and customer-impacting issues through investigation, implementation, and resolution.
- Solve complex system and engineering problems across the stack as needed.
- Provide technical leadership and make sound architectural and implementation decisions.
- Address technical debt and help drive the engineering team forward.
- Conduct thoughtful code reviews, mentor teammates, and share knowledge.
- Use AI tools to improve coding, debugging, and engineering quality.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience building software for high-traffic production environments.
- High proficiency in Golang; PHP experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience integrating AI tools into software development workflows.
- Ability to work with React and JavaScript when needed.
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Strong English communication skills, minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work from the Kraków or Gdańsk office 2–3 times per week.
