Responsibilities

Own the existing frontend and ship core product features using Next.js, App Router, and TypeScript.
Define and maintain frontend architecture for a growing SaaS platform.
Design and deliver fast, polished, highly usable user experiences.
Shape how behavioural data is presented to hiring teams.
Collaborate with the CTO on API contracts, system design, and full-stack concerns.
Help establish engineering practices and standards as the team grows.
Work directly with customers and iterate based on real product usage.

Deep hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, App Router, and TypeScript.
Experience shipping real, production SaaS products.
Strong product instincts, systems thinking, and a high bar for UX quality.
Ability to operate with high autonomy and define solutions in an ambiguous early-stage environment.
Clear collaboration skills for API design and full-stack work.
Interest in broader system ownership, including Go, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Startup or early-stage experience is a strong plus.

London-based role within an early-stage CultureTest venture in the Steven.com ecosystem.

Salary of £80,000–£100,000 per year.
