Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Understand financial institution client needs and tailor technical solutions.
- Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization Service and digital offerings to banking clients.
- Develop proof of concepts demonstrating value across the IT landscape while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Address client questions and objections during proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-year banking transformation initiatives.
- Create reference architecture frameworks and templates for complex financial institution solutions.
- Build executive-level banking client relationships focused on satisfaction and risk mitigation.
- Develop fully costed solution architectures meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Communicate progress and direction through presentations, meetings, and published content.
- Maintain documentation covering organization-wide IT activities, technology roadmaps, and regulatory considerations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of solution architecture experience, including at least five years in financial services or banking environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or TOGAF.
- Understanding of mainframe technologies and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements, including PCI-DSS, FDIC, and SOX.
- Familiarity with digital solutions for financial institutions and banking digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and engage C-suite banking stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical thinking, adaptability, continuous learning, and understanding of banking and technical competitive landscapes are preferred.

- The role is a full-time position with a stated annual base salary range of $156,000 to $210,000; additional sales incentives and equity may be available.
