Responsibilities
- Perform quality engineering and software testing using industry-standard tools.
- Test mainframe applications using File-Aid/Insync, Copybooks, JCLs, Procs, IMS, and DB2.
- Develop and execute host automation with Selenium.
- Manage and execute test cases using the Cucumber framework.
- Perform API testing and automation with REST Assured.
- Analyze requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
- Track defects using tools such as Jira and JTMF.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering or software testing.
- Require strong knowledge of Core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming, collections, and exception handling.
- Require experience with mainframe testing, Selenium, Cucumber, and REST Assured.
- Require understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Require experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira and JTMF.
- Prefer exposure to Jenkins, basic knowledge of Git and version control systems, and familiarity with Large Language Models.
