Responsibilities
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify testing scope and requirements.
- Analyze technical documents and develop high-level test scenarios, comprehensive test cases, test data, and expected results.
- Maintain and update test suites for new or changed functionality.
- Prioritize and execute manual test scripts.
- Report defects, track their resolution, and perform retesting.
- Report testing progress and potential schedule or quality risks to QA Leads.
- Support and peer-review the work of other QA resources, particularly junior team members.
- Provide client support and training when required.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver QA tasks according to established standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-orientation, and user-focused testing skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience in pension plan administration or financial services is an asset.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking is an asset.
- Experience with Selenium and Java is an asset.
- Availability to travel within Canada.
