Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, customize, and configure software components and ServiceNow modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Perform independently, become a subject-matter expert, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules for business needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and asset management within ITSM frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
