Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM solutions, including data integrations, ETL, customization, access controls, and automation.
- Maintain CMDB schema and Foundation Data integrity while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs, Integration Hub, and service graph connectors.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
- Participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, user-story creation, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
- Support Configuration Management, ITAM, and applicable ITIL standards and practices.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant Information Technology experience.
- At least two years of ServiceNow development and Workflow Designer experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide, AngularJS, PowerShell, REST, or Python.
- At least three years of professional ServiceNow platform implementation experience across discovery, design, implementation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, IRE, Service Mapping, CMDB Workspace, Data Manager, Business Rules, UI Builder, Workflows, Performance Analytics, CMDB Health, and ServiceNow Catalog Item development.
- Experience integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow, including custom APIs, Integration Hub, and service graph connectors.
- Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Agile methods, and Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are preferred; other ServiceNow certifications and ITIL certification are advantageous.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and GraphQL is advantageous.
