Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM solutions, including data integrations, ETL, customization, access controls, and automation.
  • Maintain CMDB schema and Foundation Data integrity while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs, Integration Hub, and service graph connectors.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
  • Participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, user-story creation, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
  • Support Configuration Management, ITAM, and applicable ITIL standards and practices.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of relevant Information Technology experience.
  • At least two years of ServiceNow development and Workflow Designer experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide, AngularJS, PowerShell, REST, or Python.
  • At least three years of professional ServiceNow platform implementation experience across discovery, design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, IRE, Service Mapping, CMDB Workspace, Data Manager, Business Rules, UI Builder, Workflows, Performance Analytics, CMDB Health, and ServiceNow Catalog Item development.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow, including custom APIs, Integration Hub, and service graph connectors.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Agile methods, and Jira.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are preferred; other ServiceNow certifications and ITIL certification are advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and GraphQL is advantageous.
