Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, configure, and deploy custom MES software solutions.
- Lead or support Werum PAS-X implementations, upgrades, migrations, and daily operations in Linux environments.
- Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Linux-based Docker applications and deployments using OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Handle MES incidents, problems, and changes under ITIL practices, including critical P1/P2 issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support, expert troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for MES applications, networks, firewalls, and performance issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot MES peripherals and integrations, including scales, printers, scanners, PASX2X adapters, and MSI/DCS Batch Adapters.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and refine technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Experience with Werum PAS-X or another pharmaceutical MES, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and operations.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of ITIL management and L2/L3 support.
- Experience troubleshooting MES peripherals, SNET, firewall issues, application performance, and network configurations.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and GxP compliance.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
