Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and design technical solutions connecting generative model capabilities with real creative production workflows.
- Build customer-facing prototypes and proofs of value using image, video, audio, and multimodal generation models.
- Guide solutions from prototype through production launch, including integration, architecture, media processing, deployment, observability, evaluation, safety, and operational handover.
- Design agentic creative workflows involving model orchestration, tools, state, memory, asset processing, human review, and quality checks.
- Optimize output quality, consistency, latency, throughput, reliability, and cost through prompting, configuration, routing, caching, and inference strategies.
- Define evaluation standards using automated metrics, model-based evaluation, human review, and business or campaign performance signals.
- Translate customer feedback into product, research, and engineering input and develop reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
- Coordinate with sales, product, research, engineering, creative, and customer teams to manage technical risks and deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, forward-deployed engineering, creative technology, technical consulting, or a related field.
- Production experience with generative image, video, or audio models beyond isolated experiments or basic API demos.
- Hands-on delivery experience in at least one creative industry, such as advertising, e-commerce, film, animation, media and entertainment, gaming, social content, or creator platforms.
- Experience owning production-grade AI projects covering architecture, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, quality control, and operational reliability.
- Practical knowledge of prompting, reference conditioning, controllable generation, fine-tuning or LoRA, model evaluation, and iterative creative refinement.
- Hands-on experience designing agentic workflows or harnesses with orchestration, tool use, state or memory, model routing, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and failure handling.
- Ability to clearly communicate architecture decisions, model trade-offs, and delivery risks to technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include deep creative-domain experience, a creative portfolio, business-impact measurement experience, complex proof-of-concept or customer-pilot leadership, and the ability to create reusable architectures and mentor teams.
