Responsibilities
- Provide technical advisory and co-development services to Workday partners.
- Help partners define solution designs, resolve technical roadblocks, and successfully build software integrations, applications, and agents.
- Review partner-built integrations and support solutions developed for the Workday Platform and Built on Workday.
- Serve as a technical liaison between partners and Workday product teams.
- Manage multiple projects and communicate partner technical requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Experience with HR and Finance functional business processes.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, building, and troubleshooting software integrations.
- At least 2 years of experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP, and SSL web service technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath technologies and standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Workday experience, Workday software alliances ecosystem experience, or Workday Extend and delivery/integration certification is preferred.
- Functional industry knowledge in retail, technology, or healthcare is preferred.
- Proven experience in AI and data architecture and knowledge of cloud platforms and data clouds such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks is preferred.

- For Ireland locations, the listed base salary range is €69,000–€103,400 EUR.
- The role may be eligible for a Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus and annual refresh stock grants.
