Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product areas and requirements.
- Represent Support Engineers within the assigned product area and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for self-serve launch tools and internal launch settings, including quality assurance processes.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, presentations, and explanations of complex concepts to prospects.
- Guide Customer Success Managers through product implementations and support training and escalations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues after product launch.
- Build comprehensive product knowledge to support client needs, knowledge transfer, and implementation success.
- Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer at a SaaS company.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet prospective clients.
- Strong understanding of product development and launch processes.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and product management teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with QA processes and developing self-serve tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to work in the office four to five days per week.
