Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered features and applications such as conversational interfaces and computer vision.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
- Implement testing strategies for AI behavior including prompt evaluation and model performance.
- Apply authentication patterns and data protection controls.
- Ensure responsible AI usage and coordinate privacy/security reviews.
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Foundational proficiency in a general-purpose programming language and a front-end framework.
- Comfort with REST APIs, JSON, databases, and basic data structures.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts through coursework or projects.
- Demonstrated experience through relevant personal projects.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
