Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user and client requirements and create software requirements specification documents.
- Write and implement source code for embedded systems and enhance existing code samples.
- Test and debug embedded software using available tools and methods to improve code quality and system performance.
- Monitor and enhance the efficiency and stability of embedded systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide post-production support.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and application problems using diagnostic tools, logs, and system analysis.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in software development and requirements analysis.
- Working knowledge of technical excellence, technical troubleshooting, teamwork, communication, and producing results.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, create alternative solutions, and document detailed functional and information requirements.
- Ability to develop software products or systems according to product requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
