Responsibilities

Design and build scalable cloud-native architectures for industrial IoT and connected solutions on Azure.
Implement event-driven, microservices-based, distributed, and API-first systems for real-time ingestion, streaming, messaging, and event processing.
Develop and maintain end-to-end edge-to-cloud solutions integrating edge devices, gateways, and cloud services.
Build secure RESTful APIs, backend services, and data pipelines for streaming and batch processing.
Develop edge applications supporting data ingestion, filtering, and industrial protocol handling for MQTT, Modbus, and OPC-UA.
Integrate solutions with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and CMS industrial systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested software in Python, C#, or Java.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, infrastructure as code, observability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
Apply cloud security, identity and access management, secure communication, secrets and key management, and cybersecurity governance practices.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, cloud and platform teams, and cybersecurity teams on system design, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

6–10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, distributed systems, or IoT platforms.
Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, Event Hub, or Service Bus; REST API development; and Docker containerization.
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Java.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security concepts.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-220 are preferred.
Preferred experience includes Azure architecture patterns, Kubernetes or container orchestration such as AKS, data engineering and streaming frameworks, multi-cloud or cloud-agnostic architectures, Angular, React, Node.js, and industrial systems and protocols.
