Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and technical strategy across multiple product teams.
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across mobile, backend, and integrations.
- Champion AI adoption across the software development lifecycle, including agentic workflows, automated code review, tooling, and guardrails.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and support for team growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering Leads to define scalable user-focused solutions.
- Own the release process and support reliable, continuous deployment.
- Maintain a high-performing engineering culture focused on ownership, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership and end-to-end project delivery.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript with strong full-stack foundations.
- Hands-on experience applying AI in an engineering organization, including agentic workflows, automated code review, or internal agents.
- Experience shipping LLM-backed user-facing features to production, including prompt and context design.
- Broad AWS experience with serverless, containers, and managed services, including Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, ECS, and EKS.
- Ability to take features from architecture and design through release, testing, and production support.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and guide complex projects.
- Comfort with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native is a bonus.
- Hands-on SwiftUI or native mobile development experience is a bonus.
- Experience improving CI/CD pipelines, release cycles, and deployment processes is a bonus.
