Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments at offices across the San Francisco Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.
- Develop customer-specific features and port cloud-product features to on-premise environments.
- Manage, maintain, and debug cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with customers to develop new platform features.
- Travel primarily within California and learn how hardware is developed at a high level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps; internships and teaching assistantships do not count.
- Familiarity with agent development and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong systems design and debugging instincts.
- Comfort with the Docker ecosystem, cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Willingness to travel, mostly in California.
