Responsibilities
- Design and validate advanced network systems and scaling strategies across enterprise, data center, and cloud environments.
- Build automation modules, scripts, dashboards, telemetry tools, alerting systems, infrastructure pipelines, and configuration management extensions.
- Develop test strategies and reusable test cases, lead validation practices, and prepare audit evidence for GRC processes.
- Define network health monitoring metrics and SLO-based thresholds, lead incident response, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical subject-matter expertise, lead customer technical escalations, and influence roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Analyze network performance, including latency, throughput, and packet loss, and forecast infrastructure capacity for growth.
- Coordinate milestones, timelines, deliverables, and technical oversight across moderately complex projects and initiatives.
- Participate in candidate interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.
Requirements
- The posting requires advanced experience designing, automating, testing, monitoring, and operating complex network systems, but does not state a numeric experience minimum.
