Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and share ownership of macOS Agent-based integrations for monitoring.
- Leverage macOS native system technologies to build observability features.
- Lead new feature development from ideation to deployment.
- Solve challenges in system programming and endpoint observability.
- Investigate performance bottlenecks and optimize software.
- Influence product decisions and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building systems-level applications.
- Proven track record of shipping software on macOS at scale.
- Hands-on experience with native macOS APIs and system capabilities.
- Experience with macOS services and components like launchd.
- Proficient in C/C++, Objective-C, and/or Swift.
- Ability to deliver features in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to solve problems for IT Ops and Help Desk teams.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools effectively.
