Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, construction, maintenance, and operational support of scalable ML systems and backend services.
- Build and deploy ML pipelines and analytical frameworks that integrate data science models into core applications.
- Lead end-to-end ML initiatives from requirements gathering and scoping through implementation, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor emerging talent, promote technical excellence, and provide technical leadership across significant global projects.
- Collaborate with data scientists, front-end engineers, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.
- Drive quality assurance, data integrity, operational performance, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and adherence to corporate policies.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience implementing data-intensive, large-scale ML solutions.
- Proven technical leadership experience and expert-level Python and Jupyter Notebook scripting skills.
- Experience with MLOps, ML lifecycle management, machine learning frameworks, generative AI and NLP technologies, backend systems, databases, data engineering, DevOps tooling, containers, orchestration, and web frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, diplomacy, mentoring, business collaboration, continuous-learning, and ethical judgment skills.
