Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Web Core)

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of web experiences that translate mobile features to the web
- Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards and best practices, mentor engineers, and establish the technical vision for the web platform
- Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution
- Design, modify, and develop scalable backend services for web products
- Champion system reliability, performance, and observability
- Partner with product and engineering teams to enable scalable, high-quality development
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, or Remix
- Strong experience building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kotlin
- Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD
- Preferred experience with A/B testing or experimentation and MarTech tools including Segment, Optimizely, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
