Base Salary
$142k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of web experiences, translating mobile features to the web.
- Drive technical strategy and define engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and establish the technical vision for the web platform.
- Manage technical debt and champion code quality.
- Design and develop backend services that power web products.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and Remix.
- Strong experience building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
- Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD.
