Base Salary
$96k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer system requirements related to performance, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical frameworks, integration strategies, and design creation.
- Evaluate technologies and tools, perform comparative analyses, and recommend architectural solutions.
- Modernize legacy enterprise applications and develop Java/J2EE backend services and TypeScript/JavaScript front-end components.
- Support proof-of-concept validation, application deployment, cloud migration, and container-environment activities.
- Analyze system performance, identify risks, resolve complex technical issues, and support build, deployment, and rollout phases.
- Create architectural documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer, quality adherence, and smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, with progressive specialty experience accepted in lieu of education.
- Experience with Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring and backend service development.
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience with AWS, OpenShift, and relational databases including Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work across development, QA, and infrastructure teams and support coding, unit testing, integration, and release activities.
- Ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures and communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work at or relocate to the work/project location and travel if required.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Sonnet via CodeAssist is preferred.
