Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise application solutions aligned with Citi’s architecture.
- Build and configure scalable software using Pega frameworks and AI development techniques.
- Set standards for coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and engineering quality.
- Partner with technology, business, Product, and Operations stakeholders to define enhancements and process improvements.
- Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify root causes and develop lasting solutions.
- Lead projects from initiation through successful delivery while managing changing priorities.
- Evaluate engineering risks, maintain compliance with applicable standards, and escalate control issues.
- Coach and mentor mid-level, junior, and analyst team members while distributing work effectively.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Proficiency and subject matter expertise in Pega development and enterprise application configuration.
- Proficiency in AI development techniques and experience integrating AI capabilities into application design and delivery.
- Deep expertise in systems analysis, software application programming, and full software development lifecycle activities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex software projects and provide technical direction.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt priorities, collaborate across technology functions, and mentor engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and simplifying or automating workflows is beneficial.
