Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and support Informatica Data Quality, Ataccama Data Quality, Informatica Data Integration Hub, Informatica PowerCenter, and Informatica PowerExchange platforms in a 24x7x365 global environment.
- Perform operating system and database patching, network activities, storage maintenance and migrations, and other platform engineering operations.
- Participate in weekend and occasional weeknight on-call support and monthly end-to-end disaster recovery exercises.
- Drive vulnerability management in collaboration with vendors, risk teams, developers, testers, and production support associates.
- Support code migrations, job-failure and long-running-job troubleshooting, and operational investigations.
- Develop automation for password rotation, connection management, backups of configuration files, and metadata repository management.
- Research and evaluate technologies to advance cloud adoption.
- Mentor junior team members, document standard processes, and share knowledge across supporting teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise administering Informatica Data Quality and Informatica Data Integration Hub or PowerCenter in distributed 24x7 environments.
- Working knowledge of Ataccama Data Quality as a developer or administrator.
- Intermediate Linux shell scripting experience.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL, plus connectivity to Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and Snowflake.
- Intermediate experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools or pipelines, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation, and AWS fundamentals including S3, Glue, and managed database services.
- Strong problem management, troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to lead investigations and collaborate across technical teams.
- AWS service certification is an added advantage.
