Responsibilities
- Develop new solutions, application features, enhancements, and source-code fixes for engineering programs and projects.
- Adapt, integrate, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and support applications and system components.
- Perform unit and component testing, participate in quality reviews, and maintain defect-free code consistent with standards.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend practical engineering solutions aligned with architecture, performance, security, and business objectives.
- Support incident management by analyzing outages, assessing impact, facilitating communications, and contributing to timely resolution.
- Collaborate with technology partners, stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Monitor product lifecycles and participate in redevelopment, problem determination, prevention processes, and post-production support.
- Follow enterprise technology, security, risk management, regulatory, project documentation, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
- Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Foundational knowledge of engineering frameworks, technologies, tools, processes, procedures, and application systems.
- Experience or knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Personalization, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Java, JavaScript, UX development with React or Angular, SQL, data modelling, and AI.
- Ability to perform medium to moderately complex technical tasks under general supervision and solve routine technical problems.
