Responsibilities
- Design, code, develop, integrate, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as an SME and help manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Apply integration techniques, data governance principles, and software development lifecycle practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance principles.
- Knowledge of core HRIS processes and HR operations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, customer orientation, attention to detail, confidentiality, resilience, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and multicultural awareness.
- Willingness to work in shifts and familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
