Responsibilities
- Prototype and lead key technical initiatives and architectural designs for the real-time indexing platform.
- Plan and coordinate architecture work while contributing significant hands-on software engineering.
- Establish technical standards and promote architectural and engineering best practices across multiple teams.
- Influence architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with DevOps and other engineering groups.
- Design and build scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, containerization, orchestration, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable and resilient systems.
- Experience influencing architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and promoting technical excellence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
