Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX cloud implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, and Commerce.
- Design scalable integrated solutions using Oracle CX and related Oracle applications.
- Gather requirements, define business processes, and recommend Oracle CX solutions with stakeholders and business analysts.
- Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.
- Oversee data migration, systems integration, and interfaces between Oracle CX and third-party CRM and ERP applications.
- Provide architectural governance, technical and functional authority, and strategic guidance throughout delivery projects.
- Guide cross-functional teams to achieve on-time and on-budget implementation delivery.
- Present transformational solutions to subject matter experts, executives, and other customer stakeholders.
- Advise clients and internal teams on Oracle CX product updates, roadmaps, adoption, and optimization.
- Manage key client relationships and identify significant business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle CX cloud architecture and delivery.
- Extensive consulting or related experience with a record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in Oracle CX modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B/B2C Marketing, CPQ, and Commerce.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and REST/SOAP APIs for integration.
- Understanding of data modeling, customer journey mapping, digital transformation frameworks, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, operating systems, and software applications.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, multitasking, time-management, strategic leadership, and client-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and align technology with business goals.
- Oracle CX Cloud Architect or Oracle Sales Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
